Shipping policy

All orders placed on generally take 1-3 days to process and ship. This time can vary if your order requires further verification, has missing information or is placed during busier times of the year.
Once orders have been placed, items, sizes and shipping details can not be amended due to security reasons. We are also unable to cancel any orders once they have been placed as they begin processing immediately.

We offer free shipping for all domestic orders over $100. Orders placed before 12am EST Monday- Friday will be processed on the same day. Delivery times can vary due to customs clearance for international orders which we have no liability or control over. Customers are adviced to monitor their order tracking confirmation and must notify us within 7 days from dispatch if there are any problems with the delivery. Any delivery problems or loss reported after the 7 days can no longer be investigated or compensated.

Taxes and Duties: As the recipient, you will be responsible and liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to if applicable. Payment of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. If the item gets returned to us as a result of unpaid duties, shipping charges, return fees of 15% will be deducted from the refund.

Note: In the event a return is made to us (domestic or international), shipping costs will not be refunded to you.
